This website is operated by ToolHeads Crate. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ToolHeads Crate. ToolHeads Crate offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or proof of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or proof of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
SECTION 21 – CANCELLATION POLICY
By purchasing you are automatically enrolled in ToolHeads Crate subscription monthly service and you will be billed on the 15th of every month for the subscription crate service you have chosen; Basic, Standard or Premium Crates. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday you will be billed on the prior business day. You can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties within the grace period before or on the 15th of the month or the prior business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday. After the 15th of the month we have already purchased the required inventory for the next outgoing crate.
Cancellation example 1, if you are a subscriber and you cancel on the 11th of July then you would not be billed for the August crate on July 15th and no farther crates will be sent. Example 2, if you cancel on July 21st you have already been billed for the August crate and would be past the grace period deadline. You would still receive the August crate, but you would not receive the September crate or any others.
You can cancel by phone 866-543-2371 and will be required to verify account information or by logging into your account on toolheadscrate.com and canceling.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.
SECTION 20 – ENROLLMENT AND AUTOMATED BILLING
When you purchase and checkout with either the Basic, Standard or Premium crates you will be automatically enrolled into automatic billing and automated subscription service. You will be billed on the 15th of each month or the prior business day if the 15th is on a weekend or holiday. The service is month to month not requiring a long commitment or contract if desired. The automated billing and subscription process will stay active until you as the consumer decides to cancel it.
